By downloading or using Fuji X Filter ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fuji X Filter. Your use of the app constitutes your acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the app.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app or its services.
3. User Accounts
You may use the app anonymously or sign in with Apple. When you create an account you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Providing accurate information, including a display name that does not impersonate others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Community Content
When you publish a recipe to the community, you:
- Retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the app.
- Confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Agree not to publish content that is offensive, illegal, or misleading.
We reserve the right to remove any community content that violates these terms without notice.
5. Pro Subscription
Fuji X Filter offers a Pro subscription via in-app purchase, managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. By subscribing:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
- No refunds are provided for the current subscription period upon cancellation.
- Features included in the Pro plan may change over time; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the app — including filter presets, UI design, graphics, and text — is the property of Fuji X Filter or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Fuji X Filter name and logo may not be used without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fuji X Filter and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
