Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Fuji X Filter ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, how it is used, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum data required to provide the service:
- Account data — When you sign in with Apple, we receive a user identifier and, optionally, your name and a relay email address. We store your user identifier and display name in Firebase to identify your recipes and likes.
- Community content — Recipes you choose to publish, including the recipe name, parameters, and any preview image you upload.
- Usage data — Anonymous analytics (recipe applied counts, likes) are stored in Firebase Realtime Database to power leaderboards and recommendations.
- Photos — Photos you open in the editor are processed entirely on-device. They are never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly publish a recipe with a preview image.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the app’s features.
- To associate your custom recipes, likes, and Pro subscription with your account.
- To display your display name alongside recipes you publish.
- To power community features such as leaderboards and recipe discovery.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Realtime Database, and Storage. Firebase Privacy

4. Data Retention
Anonymous accounts and their associated data may be deleted after 12 months of inactivity. Signed-in account data is retained until you request deletion. Published recipes remain until you choose to unpublish them.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at xuanthu404@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
6. Children’s Privacy
Fuji X Filter is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
